All bets placed on bajje are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed. General betting rules that apply across all bajje markets are set out below.
A bet is not confirmed until bajje's system has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed during system outages, connectivity issues, or odds feed delays may be voided at bajje's discretion. Bajje reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any market at any time — including after bets have been placed — if there is evidence of irregular activity, a data feed error, or an event that materially changes the nature of the market. In such cases, all affected bets will be refunded to your bajje account balance.
In-play betting on bajje — including live cricket markets on Crickex — is subject to a short delay between the real-world event and the odds update on the platform. Bajje reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, even if the market was technically still open at the time of placement.
Bajje applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page before you place your bet. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount. This applies to all markets including cricket, e-sports, casino, and specialty games.
The Crickex exchange on bajje operates on a peer-to-peer model where players back and lay outcomes against each other. Bajje charges a commission on net winnings from exchange markets. The current commission rate is displayed on the Crickex section of the platform. Exchange bets are binding once matched and cannot be cancelled after matching is confirmed.
Bajje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.
All deposit bonuses and free bet credits on bajje carry a wagering requirement. Bajje cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Any activity on the platform that appears to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities along with all relevant account and transaction data.
Bajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
When an account is suspended, the account holder will be notified by email. During a suspension, the account holder cannot place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Bajje will conduct a review within 7 business days and either reinstate the account or proceed to permanent closure. If the account is reinstated, any funds held during the suspension will be returned in full.
If bajje determines that an account should be permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided the funds were not derived from prohibited activity. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
